Can I return my order and get a refund?

After you have received your goods, you can return any item to us for a refund, as long as it is unused and returned in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt of your goods and you have notified us of the reason for the return, by contacting us on the email address; info@biona.co.uk.

Once opened due to hygiene, we are unable to make a refund on any goods unless the product is faulty. You can either return items by recorded Royal Mail delivery or by a secure courier service. You will be responsible for these charges.
