Due to current circumstances DPD are offering contactless delivery only (therefore no signature will be requested). If you are not available to take the delivery of your order, a card will be left notifying you that our courier has attempted delivery. Please note that DPD introduced a new policy in 2021 whereby if delivering to a residential address and the recipient is not home, parcels are instead left at a local DPD PickUp shop. This allows you to still receive your parcel on the expected day, whilst also reducing carbon emissions associated with redelivery attempts.
